Christopher Ali has partnered with an innovative UK-based SaaS start-up that is at a pivotal stage of growth, seeking a Senior Ruby Developer to join their team.

They have developed industry-leading software for several household names and are preparing for their next phase of expansion.

The Role :

They seek experienced developers passionate about building unprecedented solutions. Facing unique business and scaling challenges, they need problem solvers to address technical hurdles.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience solving problems in secure, scalable, and maintainable ways.

The current tech stack includes Rails extensively, along with Python and Go for supporting services.

The team values pragmatism in choosing the best tools for the job, and candidates will take a lead role in developing core technologies across multiple languages and frameworks.

Skills Required :

• Experience with Rails (or similar frameworks)
• Experience operating large systems with an SRE approach
• API development and integration experience
• Experience testing complex applications using TDD
• Experience designing, building, and maintaining both frontend and backend applications
• Experience with OpenCV or other image manipulation tools is a plus

This is a fully remote role. The team is distributed across the UK and abroad. While occasional meetings and socials are held, daily work is from home.
