Christopher Ali has partnered with an innovative UK-based SaaS start-up that is at a pivotal stage of growth and is seeking a Senior Ruby Developer to join their team.

They have already developed industry-leading software for several household names and are preparing for their next phase of expansion.

The Role :

They are looking for experienced developers who are excited about building innovative solutions. Facing unique business and scaling challenges, they need problem solvers to tackle technical difficulties.

The ideal candidate has extensive commercial experience in creating secure, scalable, and maintainable solutions.

The current tech stack includes Rails extensively, along with Python and Go for supporting services.

The team values pragmatism in choosing the best tools for the job and expects candidates to take a lead role in developing core technology across multiple languages and frameworks.

Skills Required :

• Experience with Rails (or similar frameworks)
• Experience operating large systems with an SRE approach
• API development and integration experience
• Experience testing complex applications using test-driven development
• Experience designing, building, and maintaining both frontend and backend applications
• Experience with OpenCV or other image manipulation tools is a plus

This is a fully remote role. The team is distributed across the UK and internationally. While there are occasional meetings and social events, your daily work will primarily be from home.
