Job summary

FRESH, a fast-growing B2B SaaS company, is hiring a Senior Ruby on Rails Developer in London to strengthen the core backend of its Passenger Assistance platform, helping scale customer onboardings and reduce bottlenecks. You will own technical direction, design scalable back-end services and RESTful APIs, optimise background jobs with Sidekiq, and mentor engineers within a cross-functional product squad.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial experience with Ruby on Rails in production environments.
• Solid understanding of Rails monolith architecture and full-stack troubleshooting.
• Experience building and maintaining RESTful APIs.
• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL, Redis, and Sidekiq.
• Comfortable working with AWS infrastructure.
• Experience using Docker in development or production environments.
