Christopher Ali has partnered with an innovative UK-based SaaS start-up that is at a pivotal stage of growth. They are seeking a Senior Ruby Developer to join their team.

The company has developed industry-leading software for well-known clients and is preparing for its next growth phase.

The Role :

They are looking for experienced developers who are excited about building unprecedented solutions. Facing unique business and technical challenges, they need problem solvers capable of tackling these issues.

The ideal candidate has extensive commercial experience in developing secure, scalable, and maintainable applications.

The tech stack primarily involves Rails, along with Python and Go for supporting services.

The team values pragmatic use of the best tools for each problem and expects candidates to lead the development of core technology stacks across multiple languages and frameworks.

Skills Required :

• Experience with Rails (or similar frameworks)
• Experience operating large systems, following an SRE approach
• API development and integration experience
• Experience testing complex applications using test-driven development
• Designing, building, and maintaining full-stack applications
• Experience with image manipulation tools like OpenCV (preferred but not mandatory)

This is a fully remote role. The team is distributed across the UK and internationally. While occasional meetings and social events are held, daily work will be from home.
