Christopher Ali has partnered with an innovative UK-based SaaS start-up that is at a pivotal stage of growth and requires a Senior Ruby Developer to join their team.

They have developed industry-leading software for well-known clients and are preparing for their next phase of expansion.

The Role :

They seek experienced developers who are excited about building innovative solutions. Facing unique business and scale challenges, they need problem solvers to address technical complexities.

The ideal candidate has extensive commercial experience solving problems in secure, scalable, and maintainable ways.

The current tech stack includes Rails extensively, along with Python and Go for supporting services.

They adopt a pragmatic approach, using the best tools for the task, and candidates will take a lead role in developing core technology stacks across multiple languages and frameworks.

Skills Required :

• Experience with Rails (or similar frameworks)
• Experience operating large systems (following an SRE approach)
• API development and integration experience
• Experience testing large, complex applications with a test-driven approach
• Experience designing, building, and maintaining both frontend and backend applications
• Experience with OpenCV or other image manipulation tools (preferred)

This is a fully remote role. The team is distributed across the UK and abroad. While occasional meetings and social events occur, daily work is conducted from home.
