What You’ll Do:

  • Lead the development and execution of high-impact consumer PR campaigns for Ruby Hotels, supporting global growth and brand elevation.
  • Shape and tell the Ruby story through compelling narratives, press materials, and standout brand moments.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with premium lifestyle, travel, and design media, as well as luxury influencers across key markets.
  • Manage top-tier global PR agencies, ensuring campaigns are aligned, bold, and high-performing.
  • Collaborate across marketing, brand, and commercial teams to seamlessly integrate earned media into broader brand strategies.
  • Act as a guardian of the Ruby tone and style, making sure every story reflects the brand’s creative soul.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Significant experience in PR and external communications, ideally within hospitality, fashion, travel, or lifestyle sectors.
  • A proven track record of generating earned media coverage that builds brand equity and drives awareness.
  • Strong press and influencer network in the luxury, lifestyle, or design space.
  • Exceptional writing skills with a sharp editorial eye and instinct for what makes a story newsworthy.
  • Experience managing global agencies and delivering integrated, multi-market campaigns.
