Job summary

Victoria Beckham is seeking a Product Developer (RTW) based in London. You will bridge in-house and factory sampling, guiding soft separates and our Fully Factored Jersey programme from concept to production handover.

The role supports the Senior Product Development Manager and collaborates across design, tech, and fabric teams to deliver on time. Responsibilities include creating tech packs, tracking progress with suppliers, and ensuring alignment with target pricing.

Qualifications

• Experience in product development across Fully Factored & CMT.
• Ability to consider a collection across all product categories.
• Understanding of product costing and margins.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage timelines.
• Self-motivated and able to meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and PLM software.

Responsibilities

• Codify styles within assigned product categories and maintain tech packs.
• Follow product from sketches to proto/SMS and handover to Tech Team.
• Coordinate with manufacturers and atelier to track development timelines.
• Develop seasonal trims with suppliers for product categories.
• Attend launches, fittings and handovers to ensure quality and timing.
• Liaise with factories, suppliers and design to translate tech info for prototypes.
• Work with fabric team to meet deadlines and flag delays.
• Anticipate technical problems and drive corrective actions.
• Support industrialisation early to facilitate bulk production.
• Input BOMs into Zedonk / PLM for assigned categories.
