Job summary

Royal Papworth Hospital NHS Foundation Trust in Cambridge seeks a fixed-term Band 4 RTT Validation and PIFU Support Officer to 31 March 2027. Based in Cardiology Services, the role focuses on validating RTT and DM01 pathways, ensuring data accuracy and timely patient progression.

You will analyse pathways, track delays, escalate risks, and support PIFU processes, with knowledge of RTT/DM01 rules and PACS/clinical systems. Collaboration and commitment to Trust values are essential.

Qualifications

• Educated to Level 4 standard or equivalent in business/ admin.
• GCSEs including English and Maths or equivalent.
• IT literacy with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with RTT/DM01 rules and validation.
• Experience in NHS data quality and patient pathways.
• Experience using Patient Administration Systems (Lorenzo, Cerner).
• Ability to identify delays/risks and escalate appropriately.
