A healthcare provider in London is seeking a Band 4 RTT/Patient Pathway Validator to ensure accurate patient pathway validation across the Trust. Responsibilities include supporting the PAS upgrade, training new team members, and using NHS electronic systems for data interpretation. We are looking to recruit a Band 4 RTT/Patient Pathway Validator at The Hillingdon Hospital and Mount Vernon Hospital.
RTT Validators are responsible for validating patient pathways across the entire Trust PTL to ensure accurate and robust information to support performance reporting, high data quality, and effective management of patients' RTT pathways.
The Trust is undergoing significant changes in collecting 18-week information through a new Data Information System, including a Patient Tracking List (PTL), a Patient Administration System (PAS) upgrade, and process changes.
This will impact staff involved in 18-week data collection, inpatient, outpatient, and administrative staff. This post will support the change process, ensuring sustainable processes for maintaining high-quality RTT data and managing RTT wait times effectively.
