Join a leading motorsport team as an Electrical Technician, supporting garage operations and logistics. You'll maintain electrical systems, ensure safety compliance, and work in a dynamic environment with opportunities for travel and growth. Ideal for those passionate about motorsport and technology.
2025 marks the tenth season of MoneyGram Haas F1 Team in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship, and we are just getting started. We challenge the status quo, aiming to outperform the competition, and invite you to join us.
As the first American Formula 1 team since 1986, MoneyGram Haas F1 Team made a memorable debut at the 2016 Australian Grand Prix and has shown continuous growth, with its second-best season to date in Formula 1. We are a racing team, not a corporate machine, with three headquarters in Kannapolis (US), Banbury (UK), and Maranello (Italy). Our team members are passionate, loyal, and hardworking, and at Haas, you will have the opportunity to be involved in various areas of the team and see your contributions clearly.
This role reports to the Freight & Logistic Manager in Banbury, UK, and involves supporting garage operations with sea, air, and road freight logistics, as well as assisting with trackside electrical installations and de-rigs during race events.
High school diploma or equivalent, with further electrical qualifications (e.g., 18th Edition). Experience in PAT testing and at least three years in a professional motorsport or high-performance technical environment is preferred. A background in electrical work is essential.
This role requires physical effort, including lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, and manual dexterity. The environment involves machinery, race cars, rigs, debris, and hazardous fluids. Flexibility for international travel and long hours, including weekends, is expected.
We value diversity, inclusion, and social responsibility. We offer competitive rewards, bonuses, and health programs. If you are passionate about motorsport, technology, and teamwork, this is a rewarding opportunity to be part of a team pushing boundaries and striving for excellence.
