Position Overview

This role reports to the Freight & Logistic Manager in Banbury, UK, and involves supporting garage operations with sea, air, and road freight logistics, as well as assisting with trackside electrical installations and de-rigs during race events.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Promote teamwork and effective communication across departments.
  2. Maintain and service electrical equipment, including PAT testing, at the factory and trackside.
  3. Build and maintain electrical systems in the race garage and at track.
  4. Ensure high standards of maintenance and safety compliance.
  5. Support the electrical design and implementation of specialized equipment projects.
  6. Maintain pit equipment and support sea freight turnaround processes, demonstrating mechanical, electrical, and IT aptitude.
  7. Ensure shipment compliance and safety regulations are followed.
  8. Perform any additional duties delegated by the Freight & Logistic Manager.
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent, with further electrical qualifications (e.g., 18th Edition). Experience in PAT testing and at least three years in a professional motorsport or high-performance technical environment is preferred. A background in electrical work is essential.

Work Environment

This role requires physical effort, including lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, and manual dexterity. The environment involves machinery, race cars, rigs, debris, and hazardous fluids. Flexibility for international travel and long hours, including weekends, is expected.
