Job description

About Us

The first American Formula 1 team to compete since 1986, MoneyGram Haas F1 Team made a memorable debut at the 2016 Australian Grand Prix. Now, nine years later, we continue to grow and aim for future success, coming off our second-best season to date.

We’re a racing team — not a corporate machine — with three HQs in Kannapolis, US; Banbury, UK; and Maranello, Italy. Known as the ‘family team,’ we foster a passionate and hardworking environment where team members contribute across various areas and see the impact of their work.

  8. Report reliability issues and seek advice for out-of-the-ordinary tasks.
  9. Follow safety regulations at all venues.
  10. Perform any other duties delegated by the RTS Chief Mechanic.

Additional Requirements

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Dev 365, and 3DX preferred.

• Mechanical aptitude and ability to follow complex regulations regarding shipment and facility maintenance.

Work Environment & Physical Demands

The role requires working in a high-pressure, time-sensitive environment, with possible domestic and international travel, and long hours including weekends.
