Job description

Service Care Solutions is currently working alongside an expanding law firm based in Lancashire, which is in need of a RTA Solicitor to join their team.

The firm is open to individuals with at least 3 years PQE in RTA, with experience in MOJ portals and OIC.

They offer a salary of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities as an RTA Solicitor:

1. Handle a full caseload of RTA claims, including pre-litigated and litigated matters, from initial instruction through to settlement or trial.
2. Prepare court documents, issue proceedings, and manage litigation where settlement is not possible, including attending hearings as required.
3. Effectively use the Ministry of Justice (MoJ) claims portal for low-value RTA claims, ensuring procedural steps and deadlines are met.

About you as an RTA Solicitor:

• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple cases.
• Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or experienced fee earner with at least 3 years PQE.
