Job Opportunity: Medical Secretary

We are pleased to offer a full-time position for an enthusiastic and dedicated Medical Secretary to join our friendly and supportive Clinical Administration Secretarial Team within the RSSC Team.

Role Overview: Medical Secretaries play a vital role in supporting our Clinicians in delivering excellence. Key responsibilities include transcribing clinical correspondence, managing patient waiting lists, inputting data, and other essential tasks. Strong keyboard skills, attention to detail, and good communication are essential, as you will convey clear information to internal and external stakeholders while maintaining confidentiality.

Location: The team supports the Trust from two locations: Royal Papworth Hospital (Biomedical Campus, Cambridge) and Kingfisher House (Huntingdon). This post is based at Royal Papworth House, with requirements to attend Royal Papworth Hospital. After training, there will be opportunities to work remotely part of the week.
