This is an exciting opportunity to transfer directly to our Roads Policing Unit, working from one of three bases with a team of dynamic officers focused on delivering force and departmental priorities. We seek motivated, ethical, and inclusive officers committed to high-quality service and community policing. Join the Joint Operations Unit, one of the largest collaborative units in England & Wales, and contribute to national roads policing strategies aimed at preventing harm, reducing collisions, and fighting crime through innovative policing and technology.
Key responsibilities include:
Enjoy diverse policing experiences in a region with excellent access to London, the South Coast, and natural attractions, along with critical infrastructure sites, historical sites, and vibrant communities.
Meet eligibility criteria, pass medical, vetting, fitness tests, and attend a 6-day Hampshire and IOW familiarisation course. Provide last 2 PDRs and evidence of qualifications during application. Details about the process and contact info are included.
