We are looking for an RPO Team Leader to support our service delivery to a key client, the Royal Mail Group!

We deliver a full recruitment service to Royal Mail across the UK from our Northampton head office. Our teams recruit against a high-volume of open and potential vacancies with the client's business, managing advertising and attraction campaigns, overseeing full recruitment processes, and managing the onboarding and pre-screening processes ahead of the candidate's first day.

Responsibilities

As a Team Leader, you\'ll manage a team of onboarding specialists, providing support, guidance, and leadership to assist in overachieving against client expectations. Responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing the team\'s daily activities
  • Allocating workflow and maximising resource
  • Performance and absence management
  • Working against KPIs and SLAs
  • Collaborating with team leaders across the department to ensure efficient service delivery
  • Providing updates and support to the SLT, account management, and client as required
What are we looking for?

Ideal candidates will be able to demonstrate some leadership/management experience. Prior knowledge and experience of recruitment or onboarding processes/right to work checks would be advantageous.
