Job summary

Bayshore HealthCare is seeking a Registered Practical Nurse/ Licensed Practical Nurse to join our home care team in the Greater London area. You will deliver compassionate nursing care, assess client needs, and coordinate with families to maintain independence and comfort in the client’s home.

The role requires current LPN/RPN registration, CPR certification, and a valid driver’s license with access to a reliable vehicle.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed practical nurse with current registration in good standing.
• Graduate from an accredited/recognized School of Nursing (evidence required).
• Valid CPR certification and English language proficiency required.

Education

• Graduate from an accredited/recognized School of Nursing (evidence required)
• Current RPN or LPN registration (in good standing) with the applicable provincial licensing body
• Valid CPR certification

Requirements:

• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Excellent command of the English language (spoken and written), French language proficiency considered an asset
