RPA Developer

Our RPA Developers provide a vital function within the AFH development team. The role consists of reviewing our processes, gathering information and data, and working to implement efficiencies across the wider business using all tools and industry knowledge. The role will be responsible for driving the implementation of these processes within our AFH business.

As our RPA Developer, you will be responsible for:

• Designing, developing and implementing automation solutions using RPA tools such as Kofax.
• Analysing business processes, identifying automation opportunities, and recommending RPA solutions to streamline workflows and increase efficiency.
• Developing and maintaining technical documentation including process design documents, solution architecture, and test cases.
• Configuring RPA software robots to perform repetitive tasks, data entry, data extraction, and process automation according to defined specifications.
• Regular monitoring to optimise robot performance, troubleshooting issues, and implementing enhancements to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams including IT, operations, and business units to drive RPA adoption and deliver business value.
• Adhering to coding standards, security policies, and compliance requirements throughout the development lifecycle.

What we are looking for in our ideal RPA Developer:

• Advanced technical, numerical, analytical and IT skills – software such as Kofax, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
• Basic template coding knowledge and experience would be advantageous.
• Dealing with and learning site configuration.
• Be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to display excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to balance priorities and deadlines and manage the execution of them.
• Ability to learn and utilise multiple analytical programs and flow-charting tools.
