Qualifications

• Identify and design business processes suitable for automation.
• Build, test, and monitor automated workflows to ensure business processes run at optimum efficiency with minimal risk of error
• Monitor and maintain automation post-implementation, resolving issues promptly to ensure uninterrupted business operations
• Produce clear process documentation outlining successes and areas for improvement, helping refine processes over time
• Apply QA (Quality Assurance) best practices to ensure high-quality automation and prevent bugs before they reach production
