Job summary

Baker McKenzie seeks an Automation Developer to design, build, test, deploy, and support end-to-end automations across Operations and Business Services. You will apply AI-assisted development, RPA, and Microsoft Power Platform tools to deliver scalable solutions and improve customer experience.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to govern and document solutions, support testing, and drive continuous improvement through Lean Six Sigma and related practices.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with UiPath and/or n8n; ability to work across both platforms.
• Comfort with AI-assisted development using prompts to accelerate prototyping and solution scaffolding; validate outputs.
• Strong process analysis and problem-solving skills, including exception handling and control design.
• Ability to document solutions clearly (designs, runbooks) and communicate with non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Automation delivery: Design, develop, deploy, and support end-to-end automation solutions from discovery to ongoing support.
• Solution development: Build and maintain automation solutions using AI tools, UiPath, n8n, and Power Platform technologies.
• Process automation: Leverage Power Platform capabilities to streamline processes and enhance user experience.
• AI-assisted development: Apply prompt-driven prototyping and rapid experimentation with governance and testing.
• Testing and release management: Support testing activities, UAT planning, and defect triage.
• Performance monitoring: Monitor performance, investigate incidents, and implement preventative improvements.
