Job summary

Maximus is seeking a skilled RPA developer to design, test, and maintain robotic process automation solutions within the UK team. You will work with the digital DevOps group and apply Agile methodologies to build automation bots aligned with business stories.

Essential experience includes 2+ years in software development and hands-on work with major RPA tools such as Automation Anywhere, UiPath, or Blue Prism. Strong HTML/CSS/JS and SQL skills are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a software development role.
• Experience with RPA platforms such as Automation Anywhere, UiPath or Blue Prism.
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript and SQL.
• Database management and ability to document and explain processes clearly.

Responsibilities

• Develop, deploy and maintain automated processes to meet ROI targets.
• Support and maintain the RPA platform and underlying infrastructure.
• Take ownership of operational issues and drive resolution across stakeholders.
• Engage with business stakeholders to manage dependencies for automation delivery.
• Collaborate with IT to apply system updates and regression testing for automation.
• Continuously improve automations to boost performance and business value.
• Work in an agile environment to demonstrate product updates.
