About the Role

As a Royalty Tracking Manager your will maximise clientroyalty income by utilising analytical tools and industry knowledge. You will work closely with internal teams, clients and third-party providers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Customer Experience and Online Operations teams in the professional delivery of high-quality services.
  • Utilising and contributing to the development and maintenance of ICE reports and dashboards.
  • Analysis of distribution and copyright data. Identifying any anomalies and resolving them with stakeholders.
  • Provide customer reporting on the royalty tracking service.
  • Providing support and input directly into the Online End to End process to enable ICE’s performance against customer contracts and SLAs.
  • Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement of procedures
  • Undertaking ad-hoc general administration duties and data gathering.
  • Provide in depth analysis to the wider business on income trends and identifying issues and variances vs expected receipts.
  • Communicating and representing customers’ needs and priorities inside the ICE organisation

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience, within a royalty tracking or data analysis role, in a Publisher or Collection Society.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to produce insightful reporting to stakeholders at various levels.
  • Experience querying and extracting data from large and complex datasets using SQL or Python (desirable)
  • Experience of working in a high pressure environment with tight deadlines, managing multiple work streams concurrently
  • Highly numerate and organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Working knowledge of BI solutions and data visualisation tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, complex, and rapidly growing/changing work environment; proven organization and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to handle high workloads and fast turnarounds.
  • Able to work easily on own initiative but also in close conjunction with key individuals across different teams.
  • Promote and support innovative thinking and a flexible way to solving problems.
