In this role, you will operate across three core areas:

  1. Collaborating with major Global Film & TV Producers and Studios on theatrical licensee reviews, royalty audits, and production cost grant certifications.
  2. Working with well-known Brands and Intellectual Property Owners to maximize IP value through their core and merchandising activities.
  3. Supporting multinational Pharmaceutical companies by reviewing complex commercial agreements and ensuring contractual compliance, auditing licensees and partners to maximize revenue and manage risks.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Deliver third-party reviews and manage a portfolio of audit clients.
  • Solve complex technical issues and manage client projects.
  • Lead and develop your team, while focusing on your personal growth.
  • Build strong relationships with team members, clients, and third parties.
  • Engage in department initiatives, training, and new project pitches.
  • Continuously push for personal and business improvement, supported at every stage.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Professional qualification (ACA, ICAS, CA, ACCA, or CIPFA).
  • Experience in developing work plans and testing approaches for complex challenges.
  • Project management skills, including client and third-party communication.
  • Understanding of business and contractual implications, and risk management.
  • Experience with engagement economics, high-quality work, and commercial excellence.
  • Ability to challenge evidence professionally and demonstrate skepticism.
  • Proficiency in audit reports, articulating complex findings for senior stakeholders.
  • Extensive use of audit software, Microsoft Office, and data analysis tools.
  • Experience with data analytics.
