Job summary

Y Royalties Limited is seeking a detail-focused royalties administrator to ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly and semi-annual statements for publishing and recorded clients. You will work with Curve systems and support onboarding, contract setup and data integrity alongside the Royalties Manager and Head of Royalties.

The role requires prior royalties accounting experience in the music industry, a good grasp of contracts, and ability to meet deadlines under pressure.

Qualifications

• Royalties accounting background with a keen interest in the music industry.
• Knowledge of recording and publishing companies and collection societies.
• Ability to read agreements.
• 1+ years' experience at a music industry accounting firm or similar.
• Curve royalty systems experience is an advantage; familiarity with project management tools (Monday.com or Jira) is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Collate, edit, reconcile and load sales data to prepare third-party royalty statements in Curve systems.
• Assist in maintaining Monday.com and Confluence information depository.
• Deliver timely monthly, quarterly and semi-annual royalty statements for publishing and recorded clients (manual and Curve system).
• Compute management commission as directed by Senior Team members.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as instructed by Royalties Manager & Head of Royalties.
