A wonderful publisher or award-winning trade and academic books is urgently hiring two Royalties Data Administrators on a 9-12 month fixed-term contract to start ASAP. These roles involves accurately inputting contractual information into the royalty system and maintaining key data, supporting a major project to implement a new royalty system.
Role details:
Salary: £31, - £33, pro-rata
Working Hours: 9am - 5pm
Contract Length: 9-12 months
Location: London (2 set days per week in the office)
Holiday: 25 days + bank holidays + Christmas shutdown and wellness days

As a Royalties Data Administrator, you'll play a pivotal role during the move to a new Biblio solution and be responsible for:
·Accurately input contractual information, including advances, into Royalty and Finance Systems
·Manage sensitive details such as banking, VAT, address, and tax information, ensuring accurate and timely entry into accounting systems
·Conduct monthly reviews and actions of royalty exception reports
·Collaborate with Royalties Accounting, Contracts, Editorial, and Transactional Finance team
·Communicate effectively with Authors, Illustrators, and Agents via email and phone in a professional manner
What we're looking for:
To excel in this role, candidates must demonstrate a high level of accuracy with data entry, ensuring that all information is input correctly and efficiently. You will maintain clear and professional written communication and be able to handle a large volume of data and requests.
Candidates should possess strong numeracy skills and be proficient in Excel, allowing them to work effectively with royalty data and financial systems. While not essential, prior experience with royalties systems is advantageous, as is familiarity with KEA and Biblio software.
