Your Role

As a Post Person with Driving, you’ll be the face of Royal Mail in your community, ensuring deliveries are made come rain or shine. You’ll navigate your delivery routes, provide exceptional service, and ensure every parcel and letter reaches its destination safely.

Important to Know

While some roles involve driving, the majority of the work is on foot, delivering letters and parcels directly within the community. This is a great opportunity for those who enjoy being outdoors and staying active throughout the day.

Pay & Shifts

The pay rates below apply for roles within our Delivery Offices. The rates listed are payable for the entirety of your shift where the shift description criteria are met. Rates could be subject to change during busy periods; Angard staffing will communicate any changes to your pay rates in advance. (Full rate card with all shift breakdowns will be received on application.)

  • £13.07 per hour
• Early Shift
  • Starts between 05:01 – 05:30
  • £13.96 per hour
• Evening Shift
  • Finishes between 20:00 – 21:39
  • £13.74 per hour
• Late Shift
  • Finishes between 21:40 – 01:59
  • £14.48 per hour
• Overtime (after 40 hours)
  • Mon–Sat
  • £16.33 per hour
• Bank Holidays
  • All day
  • £19.59 per hour
