Job summary

Angard Staffing Solutions Ltd is recruiting flexible (temporary) Royal Mail delivery drivers for roles across the UK, including Scotland. As a Post Person with Driving, you’ll be the face of Royal Mail in your community, delivering letters and parcels come rain or shine.

You’ll drive a Royal Mail van on your route, with daily walking and heavy lifting involved to ensure safe delivery. You’ll cover varied shifts with a focus on reliability and teamwork in an active, outdoor role that keeps you

• Flexibility: Shifts can vary, so we need team players who can adapt at short notice.

Your Role

You’re expected to securely deliver all items on your route, including handling and delivering election materials and certain items (such as food products or alcohol) in line with Royal Mail business standards.

Important to Know

While large parts of the role involves walking, driving a Royal Mail delivery van is also a key requirement. This is a great opportunity for those who enjoy being outdoors and staying active throughout the day. Please note: you’ll be required to pass a driving assessment when you start.

Pay & Shifts

The table below outlines the pay rates applicable for roles within our Delivery Offices. The rates displayed are payable for the entirety of your shift where the shift description criteria is met.

Rates could be subject to change during busy periods, Angard staffing will communicate any change to your pay rates in advance.
