Job description

About the role:

1. You’ll start your day for an hour or so in the local delivery office, sorting the mail for your route, before taking out your van to complete your round.
2. You’ll be given a hand-held computer device to capture customer signatures for deliveries, and the round will take around four hours to complete.
3. The hand-held computer will also act as your routing system, optimizing your route and guiding you to the next house.
4. You will post the mail on foot and rotate between delivery driving and on-foot delivery when required.

Contract: Temporary

Shift: Monday-Sunday (8am - 4pm)

Hourly Rate: £13.37 per hour

Driving licence requirements: A full UK manual driving licence (in your current UK address), with no more than six penalty points is essential; a clean licence is preferred.
