Roving Chef Vacancy – North Wales / Cheshire area - 45p per mile mileage

Driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential as you will cover North Wales / Cheshire area.

JW Lees has an exciting opportunity for a Roving Chef to join our team. This is a great opportunity to work in several different kitchens and progress to head chef within our Inns & Hotels division.

In this role as a Roving/Relief Chef, you will be working across the JW Lees managed estate, assisting our Kitchen Teams that are short staffed or in need of additional support/guidance. As this is a multi-site role, a full driving licence is required.

This role is perfect for an existing Chef de Partie or Sous Chef keen to progress into a Head Chef role. The position will give you exposure to a range of businesses across the JW Lees Inns & Hotels estate.

In return, all we ask is for someone who is passionate, loyal and hard-working. You must be an experienced chef with excellent working knowledge of kitchen operations, health and safety and standard operating procedures.
