About the team:

Our Route Sales Reps are key to our success. Their passion for our brands and drive to succeed increases our product sales and placements across the country. They establish long-term relationships with independent retailers, ensuring our Snacks products such as Walkers, Doritos, and others are always stocked in-store.

About the role:

You will be driving a vehicle in the Slough / Reading area, managing a customer base of around 120 small independent stores. Visiting approximately 18 stores per day, you'll work independently on the road, so self-motivation and strong time management skills are essential.

Responsibilities:
  • Follow set journey schedules.
  • Seek new customer opportunities within your territory.
  • Communicate with Sales Representatives to ensure operations.
  • Provide a reliable and consistent service to our customers.
  • Build relationships with stores and territories to support our business goals.
  • Lead daily stock and cash processes for ordering, picking, and delivering stock.
  • Achieve growth targets across your territory.
  • Collect and unload stock from cash & carry at the start and end of each day.
Qualifications:
  • Hunger and drive to succeed in a global FMCG company.
  • Full, manual UK driving license (due to driving a vehicle).
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Basic IT Skills (desirable).
  • Selling Skills (desirable).
  • Self-driven personality.
  • Experience working towards targets.
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond.
  • Perseverance and resilience in pursuing goals.
  • Responsible and ethical behavior towards customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
  • Independent and proactive work style with minimal supervision.
  • Strong organizational skills.
Salary & Benefits:
  • £24,300 plus up to £13,668 performance-based bonus.
