Rough Sleeping Coordinator needed in North London - Paying £24.03 per hr - Ref 012934

Full-time hours on a temporary basis

  • We are seeking a dedicated Rough Sleeping Coordinator to lead efforts in tackling homelessness and supporting vulnerable individuals. You will coordinate interventions, liaise with agencies, and drive strategic initiatives to reduce rough sleeping in the community.

  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement support plans for individuals experiencing homelessness
    • Work closely with partner agencies, local authorities, and outreach teams
    • Monitor and evaluate homelessness prevention programs
    • Provide advocacy and guidance to ensure access to vital services
    • You may need to visit rough sleeping sites with your team or coordinate outreach visits outside of core hours to ensure support is provided
