Job summary

Web Recruit Ltd is seeking a Print Operator in the Southend-on-Sea area to join a growing packaging solutions provider. You will operate rotogravure presses, set up, run and troubleshoot to meet production goals, delivering high-quality printed items for various customers.

The role may involve 12-hour shifts, up to 48 hours weekly, with salary up to £35,000 depending on experience and overtime potential. A supportive team environment is offered with career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Prev printing experience OR experience with machinery OR experience with colour matching.
• Positive/flexible approach and excellent attention to detail.
• Based in the Southend-on-Sea area within a 30 minute commute.

Responsibilities

• Deliver perfectly printed items by accurately operating printing presses.
• Set up, start, operate, troubleshoot and shut down rotogravure presses (1–8 colour).
• Work to production plan and ensure quality output.
• Possible 12 hour shifts up to 48 hours per week.
