Capula Investment Management LLP is offering a two‑year Technology Graduate Programme in London. As a Graduate Analyst, you will help build and support systems powering global trading, risk management and operations. You will rotate across front‑ and back‑end teams and work on real projects with impact, growing into a well‑rounded developer.

You will gain hands‑on experience, learn from senior technologists, and have the opportunity to join a team on a permanent basis at programme end.

Qualifications

• Degree in a quantitative or technical discipline such as Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or Computer Science (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD).
• Strong programming skills, ideally with experience in Python, C#, and/or JavaScript.
• Solid understanding of software engineering principles and data analysis techniques.

Responsibilities

• Support the systems powering global trading, risk management and operations.
• Develop tools and applications enabling investment teams to operate at speed and scale.
• Rotate across front‑end and back‑end environments and collaborate with experienced developers.
