Job summary

LSEG, a leading global financial markets infrastructure group, invites graduates to join its London-based rotational programme. You will work across trading services such as London Stock Exchange and FX, gaining exposure to multiple markets and a broad set of products.

Participants embark on a 12-month development journey with divisional inductions, group projects, and opportunities to earn industry-recognised qualifications. Hybrid working is available.

Qualifications

• You should have demonstrated interest in financial markets built through studies, work experience, or extracurricular activities.
• Curiosity for data and ability to analyze information to draw conclusions.
• Ability to connect the dots and think strategically.
• Fast-paced environment requires focus, resilience and adaptability.
• Strong communication skills and collaboration with others.

Responsibilities

• Solve problems for FX customers and maintain relationships with existing customers.
• Research analysis into global markets including debt listings and valuations.
• Delivery of business intelligence, strategic initiatives and operational improvements.
• Involvement with risk teams, monitoring and analysing risks for projects or reporting.
