Responsibilities

• Work across a number of different rotations, including critical care, paediatrics, surgery, and a variety of medical specialties.
• Perform ward-based tasks, conduct chart reviews, provide clinical interventions, optimise medication regimens, educate patients on medications, screen discharge prescriptions, and support junior or trainee pharmacists.
• Take the lead in conducting audits and driving quality improvement initiatives.
• Provide a comprehensive pharmaceutical service during 6-monthly rotations and work toward expert-level knowledge.
• Develop managerial skills and expertise by working toward agreed objectives.

Working Pattern

This position is full-time with a requirement for 37.5 hours per week, including participation in seven-day working and on-call rotas. Applications from individuals seeking part-time, job-share, or flexible working arrangements are welcome.
