BNY is offering a 24‑month Analyst Program in Product Management designed to give undergraduates hands‑on exposure to product development, delivery, market research and client‑focused design. You will work across product, design, business, operations and technology teams to help bring thoughtful solutions to market.

The program emphasizes structured onboarding, mentorship, and meaningful project work, preparing you for a fast‑paced career in financial services with senior leadership support.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in a 3 or 4-year undergraduate degree program with a focus on business-related and/or technology-related majors
• Graduating in Summer 2027
• Minimum 2:1 or Higher
• Does not require sponsorship for employment visa status (now or in the future) in the country where applying.

Responsabilités

• Research market trends, competitor activity, and client needs to help inform product priorities and positioning
• Support roadmap development by organizing requirements, synthesizing feedback, and helping teams evaluate trade-offs
• Track product adoption, usage, and performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
• Partner with product, sales, marketing, and delivery teams to help move ideas from concept to launch support.
