Pilgrim's Europe invites students to join its Rotational Placement Programme across its UK and Europe network. You will experience real responsibilities and move through multiple locations while developing knowledge, skills and behaviours to build a successful career in manufacturing.

Responsabilidades

Gain real responsibility across multiple rotations in different areas of the business.
Work with senior leaders and mentors to develop leadership skills.
Rotate through Operations, Technical & Food Safety, Supply Chain Finance, HR, Planning, Sustainability, Procurement, Engineering and more.

Your Placement Journey

Rotation 1 - September - January - 5 months
Rotation 2 - February - May - 4 months
Rotation 3 - June - August - 3 months

Every placement is different, but you'll spend time where the action happens, inside our manufacturing operations, seeing first‑hand how food is produced for millions of consumers every day.
