A healthcare provider in Camberley is seeking enthusiastic Physiotherapists for a junior rotational programme across in-and out-patient settings. The role provides opportunities for professional development within a supportive environment. Responsibilities include patient assessment, treatment planning, collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team, and management of caseloads. Candidates should possess excellent communication and organizational skills. The role may require participation in weekend services and on-call duties. We are seeking enthusiastic and well-motivated Physiotherapists to join our junior rotational programme across both in and out-patient settings across Frimley and community.
At Frimley Trust, we promise to provide a supportive transition to the workplace, through the launch of our Multi-professional Preceptorship program which started in September 2024. This program is run in partnership with the clinical education directorate and Therapies department. It provides protected opportunities for training, supervision, networking and education, to enable our staff to reach their full potential and adjust well into their new working environment.
Under the guidance of an experienced team you will have the opportunity to develop both clinically and managerially within a friendly and supportive environment where excellence is encouraged. You will receive regular support, supervision and training and be passionate about MDT working and service development.
Please note you will be expected to attend a face-to-face interview and need to be ready to start in the role immediately, however we will keep suitable candidates on hold for the next 6 months for future vacancies. Please note this vacancy will close early if we receive a high number of applicants.
The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills and a commitment to developing their clinical expertise.
You will be proactive, use your initiative, and possess strong organisational skills to effectively prioritise and manage your caseload.
Once trained and deemed competent, you will participate in weekend working, seven-day services, extended hours (dependent on rotation), and the on-call rota.
