A healthcare organization in the UK is seeking a Physiotherapist who will work as an autonomous practitioner while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities include maintaining communication with professionals and providing patient-centered care. Essential qualifications include communication and assessment skills, along with knowledge of hospital discharge processes. Effective communication, competent assessment skills, sound knowledge of the hospital discharge process and a patient-centred approach to Physiotherapy must be possessed by the applicant.
Whilst the successful applicants will frequently be expected to work as autonomous practitioners there will be strong links with the multidisciplinary team working in the hospital. There will also be opportunities to work closely with senior therapists to enable continued professional development.

37.5 hours per week. Between 8am-8pm – hours vary between rotations.
This post carries an expectation to work flexibly over 7 days, including weekends, bank holidays and on the on‑call respiratory rota.
It is essential that the applicant has a valid driver’s licence and has access to a road‑worthy vehicle for use at work.
