A leading healthcare organization in Poole is seeking a Rotational Pharmacy Technician. This full-time position requires a qualified Pharmacy Technician to work across Royal Bournemouth and Poole hospitals. The role involves participation in mandatory rotations, with flexibility in working hours. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, adaptable, and possesses excellent dispensing and communication skills. Full training and support will be provided.
The post holder should be ready for a new challenge and show initiative to build on their knowledge gained from their 2-year initial education and training to develop their foundation practice across an acute hospital. Minimum 30 hrs per week is required for part time. This opportunity will involve working on a rotational basis across the Bournemouth and Poole hospital sites. Full training and support will be provided to assist the candidate in building a portfolio of evidence to demonstrate competence mapped from the APTUK Foundation Pharmacy Framework. Upon successful completion of the rotational technician pathway, the post holder will progress to band 5.
