Job summary

NHS Forth Valley is seeking a Band 4 Pharmacy Technician to join our Acute Pharmacy Services Team. You will gain hands-on experience across rotations including Clinical, Aseptic/Oncology, Stores & Distribution, HePMA, and Dispensary.

We welcome GPhC-registered technicians or Pre-Reg Technicians nearing the end of training. The role includes weekend, public holiday and late-night rota, with support for learning and a PVG scheme requirement.

Qualifications

• GPhC-registered Pharmacy Technician or Pre-Reg Technician approaching completion is welcomed.
• Must be able to work across multiple rotations within acute pharmacy services.
• Ability to commit to weekend, public holiday and late-night rotas.

Responsibilities

• Join the Acute Pharmacy Services Team and rotate across clinical, aseptic/oncology, stores & distribution, HePMA and dispensary.
• Participate in a collaborative learning culture with protected learning time.
• Be a PVG Scheme member and comply with all pre-employment checks.
