A healthcare provider in North Cumbria seeks a Rotational Band 6 Pharmacist for a fixed-term contract covering maternity leave. Qualifications

Main duties of the job

You will gain a broad wealth of experience in a variety of clinical settings including ; emergency admissions, general medicines, surgery and frailty as well as dispensary

You will be supported by advanced specialist pharmacists in each rotation as well as benefiting from foundation level training. Our rotational pharmacists are also studying for diploma qualifications in clinical pharmacy practice.

We also provide a clinical and dispensary service 6 days per week and an on call service.

Person Specification
Qualifications
  • Registration with The General Pharmaceutical Council.
  • MPharm or equivalent.

Knowledge and Experience
  • Broad clinical / pharmaceutical knowledge. Use of Microsoft Office & internet.
  • Current issues within pharmacy & the NHS
