Job summary

United Lincolnshire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust in Boston invites applications for a rotational Band 5 Occupational Therapist at Pilgrim Hospital, Boston. This 37.5-hour, full-time post offers a rotational programme across acute and community settings with six-month placements and a strong focus on rehabilitation and patient-centred care.

You will join a large therapy team, receive regular supervision and CPD opportunities, and contribute to front-door pathways.

Qualifications

• Well developed written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide OT assessment and treatment within an integrated therapy team.
• Rotational placements across Medicine, Orthopaedics, Surgery and more.
• Work in a 7-day therapy service with 1:1 supervision.
• Protected CPD time and access to locally organised courses.
• Based at Pilgrim Hospital, Boston with travel to Lincoln County Hospital.
