Job summary

Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust in Oxford is recruiting a Rotational Occupational Therapist (Band 5) for a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role involves working across Older Adults, Neuroscience, Surgery and other rotations with six-month blocks, in hospital and community settings.

You will manage a caseload, perform OT assessments and interventions with team support, and contribute to service development and CPD. A 6-month probation applies in some cases.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Occupational Therapy and HCPC registration or within 6 months of qualifying.
• Relevant undergraduate/postgraduate Occupational Therapy clinical experience.
• Experience in acute hospital setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload and undertake OT assessments and interventions with supervision.
• Demonstrate autonomous practice within a multi-disciplinary team and maintain records.
• Pursue continuing professional development and participate in service development projects.
