Our maternity services were recently rated "Good" by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), reflecting our ongoing commitment to providing safe, high-quality care and ensuring a positive experience for the families we support.
We firmly believe that our staff are our greatest asset. As such, we are dedicated to fostering a positive, inclusive, and supportive working environment where every team member is valued and empowered to thrive.

Working collaboratively with the wider multi-disciplinary team and external agencies to meet the needs of women, birthing people, and their families.
Actively involving families in the planning and delivery of care, promoting informed choice and personalised care.
Delivering safe, effective, and compassionate care in line with our Trust values.
Communicating clearly and professionally with patients, families, and colleagues.
Providing accurate, evidence-based clinical advice to support informed decision-making.
Responding effectively to emergency situations, demonstrating sound clinical judgment and timely intervention.
