Bristol NHS Foundation Trust is seeking experienced Band 6 Midwives to join our maternity team amid exciting development, including a new Maternity Triage Unit.

You'll rotate through community, midwifery-led, inpatient and specialist maternity services, coordinate clinical activity, support junior colleagues and contribute to service improvements.

Autonomy with multidisciplinary leadership and access to ongoing professional development opportunities are provided.

Shape the future of maternity care at Bristol NHS Foundation Trust We are seeking experienced Band 6 Midwives to join our supportive maternity team at an exciting time of development, including the opening of our new Maternity Triage Unit. This varied role offers opportunities to develop your career across community, midwifery-led, inpatient and specialist maternity services. You'll rotate through: o Community and Continuity of Carer Teamso Midwifery Led Units at St Michael's and Weston Hospitalso Ante/Postnatal Wardo Central Delivery Suiteo Transitional Care Unito Maternity Triage Unit Our Community Teams and Midwifery Led Units provide opportunities to support low-risk pregnancies, births and postnatal care, building meaningful relationships with families and delivering personalised care. You'll also gain exposure to specialist maternity services within the South West's major tertiary Fetal Medicine Unit. As a Band 6 Midwife, you'll practise autonomously while being supported by an experienced multidisciplinary team and senior midwifery leadership. You'll coordinate clinical activity, support junior colleagues, contribute to service improvement and have access to ongoing professional development opportunities.
