Job summary

apetito UK is launching a two-year Marketing Graduate Programme that rotates between apetito and Wiltshire Farm Foods Marketing. You will gain hands-on experience across B2B and consumer marketing, supporting campaigns, insights, content, digital channels and events.

You will work with experienced marketers, data analysts and commercial teams, contributing to meaningful projects and broadening your commercial understanding. A full UK driving licence is required for this role.

Qualifications

• Graduated with or studying towards, a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related discipline, with an expectation that you will achieve a 22 or above before joining the programme.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong relationship-building skills and the confidence to work with a variety of stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with an interest in understanding customer behaviour and campaign performance.
• A willingness to learn and take ownership of new challenges.
• Commercially aware and interested in how businesses grow.
• Strong team player who enjoys collaborating with others.
• Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns.
• Working across both B2B and consumer marketing environments.
• Supporting customer acquisition, engagement and retention initiatives.
• Analysing campaign performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Working with internal data and insight teams to understand customer behaviour.
• Supporting content creation across digital, social, print and email channels.
• Assisting with customer research projects and insight gathering.
• Supporting exhibitions, events and customer-facing activity.
• Working with agency partners and external suppliers.
• Collaborating with teams across marketing, commercial, analytics, category and digital functions.
• Presenting recommendations and project updates to stakeholders.
