Job summary

apetito’s Marketing Graduate Programme offers a two-year rotational path across apetito and Wiltshire Farm Foods, giving hands-on experience in both B2B and consumer marketing. You’ll spend one year in apetito Marketing and one year in Wiltshire Farm Foods Marketing, with exposure to customer insight, lead generation, content marketing, digital campaigns and events.

A full UK driving licence is required. You’ll work with experienced marketers and cross-functional teams, delivering meaningful

Qualifications

• Graduated with or studying towards a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related discipline, with 2:2 or above.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and ability to work with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across B2B and consumer channels.
• Work across apetito and Wiltshire Farm Foods marketing environments.
• Assist with customer acquisition, engagement and retention initiatives.
• Analyze campaign performance and derive insights to improve results.
• Collaborate with data/insight teams to understand customer behaviour.
• Support content creation across digital, social, print and email channels.
• Assist with customer research and insight gathering.
• Support exhibitions, events and partner activity.
• Coordinate with agency partners and external suppliers.
• Present recommendations and project updates to stakeholders.
