Qualifications

  • Experience working within an NHS/ Healthcare environment with clinicians and other health professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver a quality clinical pharmacy service with support from the team.
  • Provide a clinical pharmacy service to a range of specialties.
  • Work in a team to support the clinical service at weekends.

Education

4 year vocational Masters degree in pharmacy (or equivalent)
Membership of the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
Has commenced or is willing to commence a postgraduate clinical pharmacy qualification
