Job summary

PJT Partners in London is seeking candidates for a Corporate Full-Time Rotational Programme. Successful participants will own meaningful projects and rotate across Finance, Human Resources, and Operations, working closely with experienced professionals across PJT's corporate functions.

The programme requires applicants who are currently undergraduates or recent graduates, with strong communication, initiative and teamwork. CVs must be in PDF and graduation no later than June 2027.

Qualifications

• Current undergraduate or graduate student who is a self-starter, comfortable taking initiative and ownership of their work.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, and strong attention to detail.
• Aptitude to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Robust organizational and time management skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of integrity, judgement, work ethic, and professionalism.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality in all aspects of work.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Assist and own assigned workstreams within each rotation.
• Complete assigned tasks efficiently and meet deadlines independently.
• Effectively communicate with colleagues, various stakeholders, and other corporate functions.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
• Build subject-matter familiarity in each function to contribute meaningfully beyond assigned tasks
