Job summary

Menzies LLP is offering a 12-month Accountancy Placement for 2027 at the Heathrow Office. You will rotate through Audit, Tax and Accounts, gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic, relationship-driven firm focused on developing your professional skills.

We seek collaborative individuals on track for at least a 2:2 degree, with A-levels and GCSEs, who are numerate, detail-oriented and capable of clear written and verbal communication; many go on to our graduate programmes.

Qualifications

• Collaborative and eager to take on new challenges.
• On track to receive a minimum of a 2:2 undergraduate degree in any discipline.
• Minimum of 2 A levels (A-C) and one other A level or equivalent.
• 5 GCSEs grades A*-C or 9-4 (including Maths and English).
• Ability to absorb new information and adapt quickly.
• Comfortable working with numbers and attention to detail.
• Clear and thoughtful written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to explain financial information in an accessible and supportive manner.

Responsibilities

• Rotate around key business areas in Audit, Tax and Accounts during the 12-month placement.
• Work within a dynamic firm that supports professional growth and development.
• End-of-programme decision on progression to a Graduate Programme (ATT-CTA or ACA).
• Explore multiple career pathways within Consultancy, Forensics, Audit, Tax, Corporate Finance and Accounts.
